The Biosphere Project
The Biosphere Project consists of a group of scientists, naturalists, writers and educators dedicated to enhancing environmental education through printed and online resources.
One such resource is The Biosphere: Protecting Our Global Environment, an introductory environmental science textbook for undergraduates and upper-level high school students. Currently in its fourth edition, The Biosphere is available from Kendall/Hunt Publishing Company.
The Biosphere is accompanied by an optional Interactive Web Component for instructors and students. This customizable website features a syllabus, calendar and gradebook; a test bank and online testing; PowerPoint lecture slides; and interactive exercises that are creative and fun.
